My new favorite activity is live band karaoke at the Charleston. Matt, Mike, and I went this past Thursday. I sang the Descendants, Sleater-Kinney, and Nirvana. Mike sang the Misfits, and Matt sang Black Flag. Can you imagine? So much fun! (Unfortunately no pictures.)

Last week Caitlin got me on a list to get into this crazy Russian club in the lower east side. We took some pictures.

There has been a lot of that Sheppard Ferry popping up around the city. He even did a small mural close to the school I teach at in the Bronx! Maybe I'll post some pictures of that later on. This is a few blocks from our place.

This morning I actually woke up before 9:00am, so Dylan and I walked up to Peter Pan Donuts to see what all the fuss is about. We bought a dozen because we are gluttons.
