Darcy's Visit

Last Thursday, Dylan's mom Darcy flew in from Iowa. We showed her all the excitement NYC has to offer...

We ate tasty food...

We got a glimpse at Lady Liberty on the Staten Island Ferry...
Randy, this photo is for you. It's a neat looking fire station.

I took lots of precious photos of Dylan and mom.

We walked across the Brooklyn Bridge...

Here's Dylan, Mike, and Darcy in Grand Central Station...

Times Square...

Then Mike brought us into the Ed Sullivan Theater and we took fun photos at Letterman's desk...

We walked along the resevoir...

Saturday night we went to a choral concert at the Cathedral of St. John the Devine and there was this peacock...

We ate Magnolia cupcakes.........yum!

Dylan looked NY cool on the subway...

For mother's day, Dylan made reservations at the Tavern on the Green! We ate a tasty brunch buffet. I was in heaven...so much good food.

Me too! Thanks for the fire station picture. It looks like the faeryland station. I imagine the truckies as trolls and the hose guys (and gals)as elves.
