Last night I tried my hand at Swedish Meatballs. They were sooo good! I will make them again soon. I'm not exactly sure if I'm Swedish, maybe just Norwegian. I really want to try making lefse.
Odds are you're not Swedish. If you really have Swedish roots, you probably would've known that Swedish meatballs are to be served with lingonberries. You must be norwegian, then, huh?

My grandfather said a Swede is just a Norwegian with no brains. But they make a heckofa meatball and it looks like you do too.
